A guiding presence
A steady voice through the farewell
A funeral emcee guides the final send-off, facilitating the flow of events, directing the religious and memorial rites, and gently helping the family with what to say and do.
Where many funeral companies bring in an outside emcee, ours is part of the same team that plans your farewell. Rainer takes the time to understand your family, so the words spoken are genuine, and nothing feels rehearsed or handed off.
Not every family needs an emcee. For those who do, it is one less thing to carry, and one more part of the farewell done with care.

What our emcee does
Holding the day together, gently
- Guides the flow of the ceremony from start to end
- Directs the religious and memorial rites at the right moments
- Helps the family with what to say and do
- Speaks in both English and Mandarin
- Shares heartfelt words of thanks to your loved one
- Understands your family, so the tribute feels personal
- Adapts to your traditions, your pace and your wishes
One team, from the first call to the final word
Because the person who plans your farewell is also the one who guides it, the care stays consistent and personal throughout. Nothing is outsourced or handed off.
Honest care, direct from the people who carry it out.
Questions families ask
Frequently asked questions
Do we need a funeral emcee?
Not every family does. For those who want the day guided, an emcee keeps everything flowing calmly, so your family can be present rather than managing the ceremony.
Is the emcee really in-house?
Yes. Rainer conducts the ceremony himself, as part of the same team that arranges your funeral. Most companies outsource this and hire an emcee in, but with us it is one team throughout.
Can the ceremony be in Mandarin?
Yes. We conduct the farewell in English and Mandarin, and shape the words around your family and your loved one.
